Cancellation Policy
Tournaments: If the registered tournament is before the first scheduled game, and the registered applicant would like to cancel and withdraw from the team, the applicant will receive their full amount paid at that time minus $175 (cost of the tournament gear). The registered applicant will not be eligible to receive the gear if it was not already shipped. If after the first tournament game, and the registered applicant requests a refund, that applicant will not be eligible for a refund.
High Performance Clinics: If the registered applicant wishes to withdraw from the high performance camp before it starts, a refund will be issued minus $75 (cost of the jersey). If the high performance clinic has started , the applicant will not be eligible for a refund.
3-Day Camps: If the registered applicant wishes to withdraw from the 3-day camp 2 weeks before it starts, a refund will be issued minus $50 (cost of the jersey). Any time after 2 weeks before the camp start date, the applicant will not be eligible for a refund.
